Our unique rural college model 'Sapna Centers', teaches rural women of marginalized caste groups a year-long mini-MBA.

The course, designed with cutting-edge neuroscientific and feminist tools is delivered in local languages. Sapnewaalis become confident young professionals with an improved muscle for problem-solving.

Corporates meet rural talent via Sajhe Sapne. Our public-private partnerships create an end-to-end talent onboarding and retention support.

This contributes to improving women's labor force participation, completing compliances for corporates and rural development.
